good job combinations - Guild Wars Forums

hello... im wondering if i could know any good job combinations... and what u would say is "depends"... i like rangers and not too complicated skills and magics (necromancing for instanse) i dont want Ranger / Warrior but something else.. mesmer? what would u do?

If you don't want anything complicated, then you shouldn't use a mesmer. You could try R/Ele or R/M.

If you want tanger go:

Ranger/Mesmer to be the ultimate disrupter (And no mesmer isnt THAT complicated, but a little different than straight dmg)
Ranger/Elementalist for superior range attacks
Ranger/monk because wilderness survival and healing rocks together (Monk ranger is even better for the extra healing and the protection of traps)
Ranger/Necro You can play around with some pets (Death magic and a real pet) This is pretty good in pve but a little hard in PvP.

Reverse any of the above and drop the bow to take advantage of the beast master and wilderness skills. These skill groups work with anything

The reason I said not a mesmer, was cos he specifically said that he didn't want necro due to the complicated skills and magic. Having played a mesmer since the BWE, they're most effective when you're watching to see what you can disrupt and shut down, unless he just wants to spam phantasm.

I, personally, love the mesmer. ^.^
